Men's fashion went through as much of a change as women's fashion did in the 1920's though it was less talked about. After the war, med coming home no longer wore the clothes of their elders, but rather adopted the look of a more baggy and boyish outlook instead. Simple suits with wide leg trousers became the new style with light colored suits. Suits now that had traditionally been wide shouldered were cut down to give the appearance of a slimmer look. Tight jackets with sloping shoulders made way for a new era of clothing and dress.
Much of the men's look also came from sports such as golf with the baggy pants and the hats. Cuffs were also added to trouser to give it a more spiffy look. And with pants there are shoes and the shoes were no long one colored and black, but rather two toned with beige or cream colors intertwined with them. Men reflected the jazzy age of the roaring 20's and continued to do so till the crash of the economy. But, this age made way for new looks and nothing was ever the same after the 1920's.
